As a bench only f@g I could have easily skipped today's workout. I usually train core on Sunday, but I was too beat up from the seminar. Anyway, I knew I needed to get it done. My reward, going out to mow the lawn afterwards. I hope I have enough gas in my tank to hit DE bench tomorrow.

I have 16 X's out of the last 17 days since I have started. I got the exercise / the day I missed. I just had one bad diet day. I ate a bad meal, but never got it back together on the day. I did not have a single shake or supplement. I ended up being light on my cals that day. That's what I am trying to avoid.
Mr Dizenzo..if someone wanted to increase both their overhead press and bench press, what sort of set up would you recommend? I know you've excelled at both, and I suck miserably and any form of pressing. Thanks
Good stuff on 16 X's so far! Most people quit exercising and dieting after 5 days haha.
