My Econo Prolwer showed up last night while I was at the gym. Could not wait to put it together today. It's so simple it does not even need directions. It's a very well made piece of equipment.
Once together I just threw 2 25's on there and started to push it in my backyard. Yeah, this thing is so different than a sled. I can tell we are going to become very close. It was raining and the ground was soaked, so I did not wnat to rip up the lawn. I took 6 trips and that was enough. I am very pleased with my purchase.
Got a little extra work in today. My extra workouts are going to be very light and very fast. I need to go super light with my biceps. My repaired bicep has never felt 100% again and the other suffered a partial tear and I am still feeling that as well.
The body feels pretty good from yesterday's bench session. I feel like things are getting dialed in.
