Hey Vin! I just wanted to stop by and say sup. I've been reading through your log, literally, the whole thing, and man it's so inspirational. I'm on a cut right now, will be for the next year or so, haha, but it's awesome seeing the work outs your putting together, it gives me hope for the future. Thanks for hanging out here and helping us along. Looking forward to adding tabatas to my workout. One question, on the cardio, I read you do medium pace high incline treadmill, how's that been working for the cut? subbed

Happy Easter to everyone and Happy Birthday to my beloved brother.
There is nothing wrong with a little treat. A man once said "its surprising how you can live without the necessities in life, providing you have a little luxury." LOL i use that every time i treat my self.
I have a question for you. How do you prepare your self for a new jump in weights? Next sunday I am going to go upto 700lbs of boards. I have never had that weight in my hands outside a power rack. I have used the weight many times for raw lockouts but always in the rack. I have had people tell me that its easier on the bench because you have your proper setup and you can use your legs to drive. These things can not be used from the floor which is how i do my lockouts. Any advice?

Anyway, the point is, I never thought about the weight. I was confident in myself and confident with Ron. Robert "Tee Tee" McCray (now a 900 lb bencher himself) had just started training with me at that time. He was shocked at what he was seeing. He recalls the story often. Maybe that's where SFW came from.

This is now an additional day of cardio for me. I am up to 6. I was supposed to go incline, but my calves and shins are killing me. I just kept a good pace and felt much better. Also. this was a medium carb day. It used to be a high day. I did not notice a great difference in strength. I'm down to one high day a week. Interestingly, my weight has not dropped in two weeks now. However, My pants continue to get looser and I am seeing veins I have never seen before. I used to only see three. One in each foot and another, well, let's just say someplace else.
So Pegg is now the most credible member of Rhodestown? I'm disgusted.
I know this is feeble, but I threw it out there in the diet section. For those of you struggling with a diet like myself, try freezing a protein shake. I freeze my last one of the night, every night and eat it with a spoon. It's not much, but it's something.
Awsome stuff Vince, its great that your getting rewards for all the hard work you are putting in.
