Sorry boys. It was a girl. A pretty one, too. I didn't even have to get her drunk. She took care of that all by herself. Smooth sailing for the USS Rhodehouse right into her ports. Giggity giggity.

Are you not posting that my handoffs were good because you don't want to hurt the snowmans feelings?

Travis Vincent calls it a grip stick, you may know it as flesh-light. He said the only draw back is cleaning it.

I just started using it and I love it. I already have less wrist pain from benching.

Nice work bud! I'm getting back into training my forearms and wrists again, I may have to give the gripstik a go. I used to train them all the time when I was competitvely arm wrestling, but never had to up til this point. Now, its gotten to the point where I think it'd be a big benefit.

    10/31 Happy Halloween!

    ME Bench
    Bodyweight 295

4 board medium grip worked up to 585x1
4 board comp grip with Super Duper Phenom 700x1, 800x1, 900x1
    Raw bench 375x3, 405x3, 465x3
    Standing ohp strict 135x20, 135x20

Each bench got lighter when I had the shirt on. I have watched lots of video of myself and others. I think I have finally figured it out. The 900 went so well Rhodes called for 1,000. This was my first day back in the shirt since my back to back meets. I thought it went well and there was no need to push it. The plan is 900 off the three board next week. I will take a grand in the gym off of some boards before my meet in February. Good times. Thanks to Josh, DD, and Rhodes for their help. There is no substitute for great training partners.

I've been training with Cenzo for 4 years, now. He is looking really good and strong. He's gonna do this right and hit a great PR in February. Things look great, Big Dog. You're not too old for this. You're just hitting your stride.
