I thought it was right around what you just hit. Nice work! I'm still trying to follow your mentality from your road to 600 raw where you went into the gym not wanting to miss a single weight. I am know thinking a lot smarter and am more dedicated to not miss a weight. Keep up the good work.
Yeah, I am developing a new plan to do that same thing. Will probably start that in April and run it to the end of June. Best training cycle I ever had. I am going to use reverse band presses, bench with chains, bench with bands, and straight weight all in the shirt as my exercises. I was also thinking about trying a floor press in the shirt. Gotta feel out the new gym first.
