When you do Tabata do you do 4 minutes for each of your four excersizes or do you rotate them so you do one excersize 20 sec. 10 sec rest. 2nd excersize 20 sec. 10 sec. rest and so on so you end up doing each exercise twice in the 4 minutes?
I rotate them. One exercise then 10 seconds rest, a different one then rest and so on. I don't like doing just one exercise, I find it too taxing on the individual bodypart. I'm just looking for a little extra work and the conditioning.
