Unbelievable that you not only pushed through the rest of the competition, but through events like atlas stones with your hamstring jenked up. Also blows my mind how easy that log looks. Seems weird the hamstring popped on that deadlift as it looked easy enough and you didn't have any super bad positions.
Thanks. I think it was because the gym was so freaking cold and I am so freaking old. Next year I will wear under armor tights or something like that. As well as take much more time stretching my hips and hamstrings.
