    Blueberry and pancakes

    Would this receipe good for my cutting diet(low fat ,low sugar)?

    2 sccop protein powder
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    6 eggwhites=1yella
    1tbs splenda

    blend and mix together and out them in a skilet

    i like to use as a filling blueberry..
    Some would use free sugar syrup

    It tastes very good and I am using that receipe as a way to curb my damn apetite for sweets and deserts!

    As long as it fits into you total daily calorie intake, it's fine. I'll use this for my pre workout sometimes when I have time to fix it and just don't want plain oatmeal.
