    when you over eat, it will turn to fat.
    my exprience - joined gym 10 years ago, 6 1/2 years hard weight training exprience.

    They figure generally bandied about is 50g a day. If you consume more fructose than that, it will generally be more likely to be deposited as adipose tissue. If however, your fat intake is very low, it will alter things a good deal. Since the sugar in fruit is only partially fructose(The other part being glucose.) you'd have to eat quite a bit for this to even be something worth worrying about. A couple of pieces of fruit a day will not be a problem.

    Syntekz is right. You must consider too many factor,so it's impossible to predict when sugar turn into bodyfat. It's impossible to predict how many sugar you need before it turns in fat.

    As Syntekz said,it depends on many factors.There's not a specific limit but if you consume it in the early hours of the day (e.g breakfast) and you're gonna have a workout (or any anaerobic activity as well) the level of the consumption can dramatically increase without putting on fat.

    fructose is the only simple sugar that won't get u as fat as other simple sugars; don't worry much about fruits

    fructose is not the same as fructose-sucrose, btw

    Yes I agree with Podium Kreatin. Just think about that fructose is a insuline independent sugar. So it won't raise your level of insulin that is yes an anabolic hormon,but it's a hormon that contributes to make you fat as obstaculate the activity of other important lipotropic hormons like Gh and Glucagone.

    the problem with high frucotse diets it raise fatty acid levels in the blood even though it does not really effect insulin, it does have down side.
    If there was a not a good tv programme on it a minute I owuld have wrote more.
