    New PRs

I set 2 new PRs today. A 315 squat and a 455 deadlift. I started off with the squat and hit 315, but I wasn't sure if I hit the depth so I did it again. I'm pretty sure it was below parallel on the second try but unfortunately I don't have video evidence to verify that. Then I moved over to deadlift and lifted the 455. I've been eyeing that since sometime last April. Anyone else set any records recently?

That is pretty ace bud. 455 on deads is pretty impressive . I have been out about a month, so no PR's since a couple months ago. My last was 225x5 front squats and 365x2 reg squats (just below para, almost **** my pants on the second rep!). After I get back into it this week I will be looking to bust out some new PR's for bench and deadlift. Congrats again.

Thank you for your kind responses!

EvanH: 365 for 2 reps on squats is awesome, 4pps is coming soon!

Phenom: 335 for 2 on DL aint nothing to laugh about. I remember how awesome it felt to do that once - and that was less than a year and a half ago. Keep it up!

hmm not much for me lately man due to insufficient calories, but i did get 1100 (12pps?) on leg press for 10 reps, and some other PRs a few weeks back.

315 + 455 are both solid! it took me forever to man up and try 315.

    Thanks for the responses guys!

Stumprrp, 1100 on leg press sounds... Beastly! Is that a 45 degree leg press?

manofsteel, congratulations on your bench press. Doesn't it feel awesome to break the 200lb mark?

BJohn Man I really envy that deadlift of yours my squat is far stronger than my deadlift. Its always been a lift I've struggled with.

My squat is the lowest of my big three, and it's the one I work hardest at. I'd gladly take a hundred pounds off of my bench and give it to my squat if I could. I guess I'm just naturally strong at deadlifting. It's weird.
