I've been following BGB for a month now and I'm exhausted each time i go to work out, is there a routine i can follow that is only 3 days a week??

Height - 181cm
Weight - 82.5kg (181 pounds)
Squat - 130kg x 10 (287 pounds)
Bench - 95kg x 2 (210 pounds)
Deads - 95kg x 10 (198 pounds)
5'6", 145 lbs.
You can do BGB and squish the leg days together (gasp). Do conventional deads in place of rack pulls on back day to hit your hammies again.
