I have decided to add shrugs to my routine, I'm doing BGB. Where would be a good place to add them?
What about day 3: so it would be
Wide grip Lat pulldowns 3x8-10
Military Press 5x5
Incline Bench press 3x8-10 (this is where I decided to add a second light chest workout)
Side Delt lateral raises 3x8-10
Shrugs 4x6 (or suggest a better set and rep range)
Standing calf raises 3x8-10
not a problem man, little direct trap work is pretty essential IMO, big traps are t3h sh1t
2000 or bust
Honestly for an excercise like shrugs it doesnt really matter. Just put them where they fit.
You could pair them with calves, to save time if you like.
Or you could try doing cleans on vertical day.
As an aside, you may wish to narrow up the wide-grips a bit.
Good call with the shrugs on BGG. This was in the back of my mind, too. So weren't cleans for that matter!
