    chest help plz...

    ive been doin wbb1 while on a cut, and my chest is gettin good, except for my lower chest. it seems like theres no muscle at all. should i incorporte a decline bench/ db's into wbb1 or just stick with flat bench, incline db's, and dips?

    The pectoral muscle is one muscle, not a group. If the "lower" chest is lagging it is prolly due to genetics. Keep doing pressing movements and dips/skull crushers. You can not target upper, lower or whatever part of the chest, just the chest itself as a whole.

    not going to build much muscle on a cut...
    Height: 6' weight:197
    BF%: ~12%?

    bench: 280 x 1
    squat: 370 x 1
    dead: 360 x 1

    goal: 225 @ < 10% bodyfat

    i kno that... but i have too much fat on my bones and muscles as it is..... but i have gained alot more muscle in my chest then i ever had on this cut..

    Sounds like maybe you have more fat that you want on your chest to make it looks like your lower part of your chest has no muscle. There is a muscle there, but keep doing what you are doing and it will come through.

    you're probably not gaining muscle since you're cutting.....however, when you lose fat you can see your muscles a lot better......worry about it when you bulk again
