You've shown me yours, I'll show you mine:
Set up for squats or shoulder press. You can see my homemade bumpers for DLs and Pendlay Rows. The bench is flipped up for clearance, but inclines and declines.
Pullup bar, and homemade "rings". Stairmaster in background (fiance uses that mostly).
We crossfit together, and I do Rippetoe's routine MWF before she gets home. Other things you can't see are Plyo boxes, grippers, medicine balls, etc.
