    Rack Squat 545 x 5

Just some minor rack squats on ME lower as an accessory, a little ugly, but to be honest not that heavy, ive done much heavier and didnt want to go to failure on an accessory, i guess its around a half squat maybe lower when i dip my hips to simulate a squat, i did GM them a little but i guess my feet werent foward enough.

thanks boys, i like taking these heavy partials to the limit to test myself

laugh, but im going to max out with 600 lbs on these, rep wise, maybe in a few weeks.

    i want 20, lol.

but yeah, i gotta put my feet a bit more foward in there and it will cure the GM factor.

Awesome. I've tried those before but I can never seem to get in the right position. Maybe I'll give it another try.
    Good job

thanks HB, you should because honestly they did so much for my strength when i used them exclusivly, gained like 3 reps on squats from week to week

i cant max out on these simply because iono if the bars can hold 8pps or more lol.

    Sick as usual, stump.

General question though - if not going to parallel/past parallel is bad for your knees on squats, wouldn't rack squats just be total hell?

I do rack squats all the time. No knee pain from 'em, either. I've done up to 705 lbs on 'em and yeah, it definitely helps to have your feet forward enough otherwise it puts way to much pressure on the lower back.
