when ever im on the bench at a high weight low rep set, my arms start to shake and spaz as im lifting. I can still complette the reps and sets easy and properly but why does this happen. It destracts me alot and is an huge obstacle for me. What can i do?
build up your tris and your shoulders. You should balance things out with other workouts. That will improve your benchpress and keep you from shaking.
Warm ups help as well.

Weightlifting sucks. I just like to lift heavy things.
Your arms shake because your stabilizers are weak. They will adapt and you should be fine.
DB Bench would probably help. I started doing those about the time the shaking went away.
