I play tennis, and I'm a firm believer that variable speed running (includes but doesn't have to be HIIT) is more effective. Tennis is all about quick bursts of speed spread out over a long period of time chaotically. Hence, distance running, which is more rhythmic, isn't as effective.
I'm looking for a pair of running shoes that are better suited to this type of running.
What are your recommendations?
I plan on running in an indoor track, if that helps.
