I recently attempted my 1RM in the big three over the course of the last 3-4 weeks. Here's where I'm at:
Squat: 275 (ATF)...felt like I could do a little more afterward so I attempted 295...good thing the safety racks were in place
Bench: 225...I was never strong at benching, got some work to do.
Dead: 335x2...pretty satisfied with that for now but I'll be happy as hell when I finally reach 405x1
I'd like to get my total up to 900 within 3-4 months, haven't picked a goal date yet.
Another high note, I weighed in at 190 for the first time in my life. I was two weeks late for hitting my goal but the BF% has been staying nice and low so I'm happy about that.
I owe a lot of you guys a big thank you for all the help and advice I've gotten these last several months. I love WBB haha.
