I've been on a slow bulk for a while, and feel my routine needs a change.
The thing is, my cut begins in ~3 weeks, and I'm not sure if I should change up my routine now, when I start my cut, or when I start my next bulk.
Oh, also just to double-check, Creatine=no good on a cut right?
Creatine is fine on a cut. No need to change your lifting, at least initially. Change your calories first. Drop some bodyfat. As your cut progresses, you'll drop your volume and concentrate on the heavy compounds.
