i started the wbb routine today and wow i like it. i only have 70 pounds of weight at home so some of the exercises im just altering it and doing a set of like 15
today was my first day to do barbell rows ever and i only did 2x8 but when i was doing it my lower back was hurting a bit. not bad though ive always heard if your lowerback is hurting on any exercise your doing it wrong. so am i doing it wrong or what?
