    This is a fantastic point.

There are a few of you around here that have a lot of savvy for any age!. I agree with ZM.

I thought I knew everything at ~18. Then slowly I realised I knew nothing which meant I knew more than I had previously.....

haha practice today was awesome. it was optional, so we didnt condition and did alot of fun stuff.

    i discovered the following :
i am terrible at shooting goals from more than 10 yards out.
i am bad at finding people to pass to, as i always have to look down at the ball
i am bigger than most players, so i can use that to my advantage and be physical
i am faster or just as fast in short distances as most players which gives me some room to make mistakes
    i am in terrible shape.

all in all, i think im going to start, to be honest, playing defender. fun stuff guys, no regrets going out for it.

good workout today. im liking this program i think

deads : warmups, 285x3, 300x3, 320x3. if i wanted to i think i may have been able to hit 7 or 8 (not directly one after the other tho) of 320.

goodmornings : 135 4x8. - dont have anything to do inclined leg curls on, and am being cautious about overtraining with soccer so i didnt front squat either. GM's hit my erectors and hammies great, though.

glute ham raise : 4x10. eesh.

    weighted abs.

weighed 190, so i'm still staying up there. harder on weekends to keep food up because im busy and stuff. prob gonna only weigh 1nce a week now.

thanks duder. yeah man i realize ima have to step it up about 300 or so cals. we really dont do much running, and when games start (about 1.5 more weeks) then the conditioning stops completely, and its just drills all practice. so ill have to watch myself for a few weeks and then it shouldnt be much worry after that :P

haha you people and your calling soccer 'football'

I also agree with you, its harder to keep the weight gain going on weekends. I lost alot of weight this past week just due to the fact that I woke up so late and didnt get all my meals in. Nice workout Joe (can i call you that?). Those deads look solid man!

Great session there, dude! Glad to see that your weight is still at 190. Keep it up and keep bulking. If you could have done 320x7 or 8, why didn't you go for it? You should make your last work set an all out ball buster. Shoot for as many as you can right before you reach failure. Those conventional, right?
