Good choice on the footie as well. I play centre half myself, train twice a week and play once but have still managed to bulk successfully. It's good fun and a laugh hanging out with the team, going out etc. It's worth it for the social side as much as keeping fit. Just make sure you have plenty of carbs before you play!
Oh and it's far superior to 'egg ball'
