    had class trip this weekend, not really much to say, it was a total bust. hahah.

    lift from friday :

    barbell mili : 115x5, 120x5, 130x15... wow, thats a lot of work.

    HB raises : 20lb 3x10

    H rolls : 15 lb 3x10

    DB curls : 35 4x10

    situps 3x20

    196 bw

    didnt lift today, and cant lift thursday due to soccer games. maybe i can get in the morning on thursday. apologizing to my body and progress for this, i hate to potentially alter my gains. but i beleive i should be fine! since i skipped deads last week ill for sure dead tuesday and then bench mixed w/ shoulders wednesday just for sure.

    also just a little personal note with physique stuff. at 196, i'm having trouble finding any fat gain in any area. my chest has become thicker and fuller, but still lacks width. i am excited to see some change in my chest either way. deltoids are becoming larger slowly but surely, as they arent visibly larger at the moment but i can personally feel and see a minute difference, which works. one pound at a time. my abs are actually coming along i beleive, they seem more protruding than they have ever been, but i need to continue to work them hard to add size. lats are feeling normal, maybe a tiny bit of change in thickness but not much. i havent been pounding them. biceps and triceps are becoming more defined i beleive, which is in account of the different bi and tri iso days i would imagine. hopefully this will end up making my arms look less 'blobby' and more cut and proportioned.

    calves are actually starting to see a tiny change too, adding a tiny bit of size and the shape is changing somewhat. i am thinking it is because the running im doing with soccer, and will continue to run when i am done with soccer. i want to work up to a 5 mile jog daily or at least 3x a week eventually. my quads are pretty much the same, with a tiny difference in the front how much they stick out. im not too worried about quads because they were large to start with. hammies have been getting larger for a while now, i can make a 'bicep' with my hams if i get a good angle, lol!

    all in all i am actually seeing progress with my physique for the first time in a LONG, LONG, LONG while. it feels nice to see progress after 2-3 years of literally being just stuck at where i was. this is exciting for me, although i have an absolutely crazy journey to finish. but, one pound at a time i'm becoming the best i can become.

    Lets see some pics of this dude. That sounds pretty sick that you can see abs at almost 200lbs. I sure as hell cant. I dont even work them though so that might be a reason haha.

    dont take it the wrong way, my abs arent like a BBer or anything. but they are kinda visible. i actually am not very fat around my midsection, my abs just arent very bulky. ill post pics when i hit 2 bills bro, thanks for your support.

    good workout today! mixed it up, bench with delts/tris since i only have two days this week to lift.

    bench : 135 warmup, 200x3, 215x3, 225x12... the last rep was an absolute total grinding piece of junk rep but i hit it. glad for this, if i wouldve warmup up n went straight to 225 i couldve got the 12 totally clean!

    HB raises : 20 3x10. getting stronger on these i think

    H rolls : 15 3x10

    skullcrushers : ez curl + 70 3x10, think thats a PR for teh skullzszzss

    workout today was good. didnt have any chalk for deads tho, forgot it at home.

    deadlift : warmup, 270x3, 290x3, 305x10. these were rough. the 320x8 was better.

    chins : 4x10

    reverse crunches : 3x10

    kinda cut it short today, deads took a while.

    195 BW, was 194 yesterday. need to keep in check.

    i reset every rep keith. well, i rest and let energy out at least. i dont necessarily release grip and reposition every time.
