    bench : warmup, 205x5, 225x5, 235x8.5, thats not a PR idk why i bolded it, probably for motivation cause its not that good. whatev.

    dips : 5x10

    pulldowns : 140x10, 150x10 160x10, x8, x6

    eh, i dunno. i guess 8.5 is alright, but it seems that if i can get 12 with 225 i should at least be able to get 10 with 235. oh well i guess, i hadnt lifted for a while.

    messed up week this week with 3 games and such. i think ill re-do my 3x5 next week just to get back in motion.

    Don't assume that you can get a certain amount of weight for a certain amount of reps just because you did something else for a number of reps. You know by now that weightlifting is specific, right down to each rep. This is why people that never test their max and just use little online calculators to tell them what they can max are bull****. Also, honestly, 235 for 8 reps and 235 for 10 reps...there's no difference. Up the weight, you should be working in the 255+ range, bro. Accept it, you're a strong mother****er now! Reps are flaky, but I guarantee that if you increase your strength in your 1RM department, you will inherently increase what you can rep for 5-10. Just the way it is.

    yeah, K, you are really the man. thanks for all those words, i took em all in.

    yeah keith sometimes a weeks good for ya, but then when i lift like i am (inconsistently), a full week can mess sh** up.

    really sorry for not posting in anyones journal. e ven with this blackberry, ive been very busy finishin up my senior year with awards nights, bacclaureats n all that shiz. i shud be consistent again here within a few weeks when schools done for and soccers out!
