    hard to tell in the last pic, but the ball is clearly coming off his foot. that wouldve put us in the lead with 8 minutes left in the game. ridiculous.

    Your legs look like tree trunks in comparison, jed. What is your max squat these days, with legs like those it can't be 320.

    yes, i would go with about 335. last 1rm was 320 about a year ago. i really wish they were as strong as they looked, rofl.

    finally some action. the wrong kind, but its exercise. aside from working 9 hours a day....

    1 mile jog/run today. its a mix of jog and run, i'll call it rog. i was depleted after this, but ill estimate time was 6:30 or so, which is good for me. ill be running often this summer.

    bench : warmup, 205x5, 215x5, 225x5... Mighta been able to get 6 mayyyybe 7

    chins full rom : 10, 8, 5.5

    db press : 50 3x10

    weighed in at 191, I'm still hangin in there! getting lean though.

    lol took another run tonight. i am so pathetic. think im going to really try to get in and lift tomorrow. at least im looking good, lean, etc. im working so much it seems (I know i shud get used to 9 hours a day 6 days a week right) but it still sucks.

    kill - i gotta pay for stuff man. my truck, and part of my college, food, ya know. its actually 9 hours 5 days a week, then a 5 hour day. i am not required to work all of that, and think that i might start to take more time off, im just a kid.

    As you said, you're still a kid. Kind of, anyway. I'm glad to hear you say that about college, I thought for a minute you were just going to start work and not go.
