No leg accessory today, LOL. Talk about holy sh**, that was some crazy ass stuff right there. I added +15 lbs from last cycles numbers, so I don't want any "why didn't you add more weight" bullpuck! I'll add more for next week, I thought 15 would be enough though. Very happy to see that my deadlift is really taking off; 245x17 in the formula comes out as 383, which is pretty close to my alltime PR. I would love to see how many times I could hit 285 now (285 is the 1RM I got testing them for the program), haha. Legs were jelly after those deads, and justifiably so, resulting in cutting out accessory work for quads/hams. They were pretty f***ed up at the beginning of the workout just from squatting earlier this week still. Gonna enjoy this next two days of rest that's for sure. Check the vid, I think I did a better job of letting the weight down; at least w/ the first 10 or so reps. Then I got a little fatigued and sloppier. Cheers brothers.
