Cindy is a beast if you go flat out. My first time was assisted Pullups and I still only got 7 rounds..lol. SEVEN ROUNDS..haha!
I haven't done it in about a year. I think I got 14 rounds. I probably can't do much better now because my pushups suck nut.
You should get back on that rower and do a full-on 500m sprint, as hard as you can without letting up. The first 250 feels awesome and the second 250 is the worst 50 seconds you can imagine. It's one of the most taxing tests of basic stamina I've ever done in such a short time. Do it and get back to me..lol

Oh, I got flagged as a spammer too. If I post from my work computer I get filtered but from homr, or phone or iPad it works fine. So far they haven't figured out what's causing it..lol
