    Wow. Felt good to bench again for one. I was shaking like mad cause squats really took it out of me. But it felt good and no pain in the elbow. Only if I hyperextended did it hurt. Squats were brutal and my hammies are already feeling like they are gonna explode. Not looking forward to tomorrow. Chin strength has shot up over the past several weeks. I am happy to be at 30 reps in a workout again.

    Glad to be running sub-8 miles but Jesus it's tough work for me. I am having trouble getting anywhere past 7:45 on the ground (and not the tread). Oh well, will just keep working at it.

    I am getting some 1 RM's for a Grad Assistant teacher. He needs specimens for a certification he is doing. Really surprised I was able to CG bench 235 after all this time. And then only wide grip 245! Can you say "no chest"?

    Bout blew chunks today... Did this workout for some extra credit in a class.

    Circuit:
    10 Wall Balls into 10 KB swings

    10 Circuits for time

    My god. Hardest I've worked for 2-3 years. My lungs were literally on fire. The taste of blood was in my mouth and throat. Time sucked and I about blew chunks and/or died. Really a good wake up call, need to get back into shape.

    500m row sprint @ level 6: 2:02 (lol)

    Holy lord this sucked balls. Was talking to a CF friend and he mentioned the open WOD and it looked fun so I tried it. I was not expecting good results and I didn't get them. It was fun though and am definitely gonna get in to this stuff more! The 500 m row was embarrassing. I was able to go hard for the first :30 but after that my body was in 'total meltdown' mode.

    5 rounds of:
    1 MC into 1 PP, 2 MC into 2 PP, 3 MC into 3 PP etc. until cannot complete the progression. Rested 3 minutes in between each set.

    40 KG (88 lb)

    That was totally awesome. Definitely gonna make that a bench mark workout if I get serious with this stuff. I occasionally rested at the bottom of the cleans in between new progressions/reps, but no more than 5 seconds at a time. The big rest was 3 mins each time after I couldn't continue the progression. Really surprised I was able to hit that many reps, thats a good feeling!

    Sucked. Box jumps were mostly step-ups. Ending heart rate was 190... This shit is killer but it's awesome. Going to keep it up.
