    another killer today, arms and shoulders were dead afterwards.

    Bench : 135x5, 155x5, 175x8, 180x8, 185x8 insane...

    Superset : Military Press with DB Shrug :
    MP: 95x8, 95x8, 95x8
    DB Shrug: 50x10, 50x10, 50x10 <---- amazing burn on last set!! about 1 min rest in between.

    Calf Raise : 2x30

    DB lateral raise : 15lb 2x10

    Team Workout : superset DB Bench with Crunches
    DB Bench : 40lb 1x21, 1x12, 1x8
    Crunches : 3x30 sec

    Heck of a workout, I'm pretty tired and my arms are just dead!!

    another pretty mean workout today... i am so dead right now, i can't wait to get tomorrow over with to have 3 full days of rest!

    DB Full Squat (on box) : 40lb DB 3x10

    Lower Back Extensions : 3x10

    Squat : 135 3x8 to keep form and gain a little strength back. Still feels awkward when I get below paralell.

    DB Overhead Tri Extension : 55lb 3x12

    Rib Cage Breathing : 2x10 (weird I know... just leaned my head off bench and stretched out and took 10 big breaths to expand ribcage)

    Hammy Stability Ball Work

    Team Workout : Supersetted Pushups 30 sec to crunches 30 sec.
    Pushups : Normal, Close, Wide
    Crunches : Normal, Normal, Normal

    Felt dead afterwards, but felt great also ya know. Really needed to stretch inside shoulders and my pecs, they started to cramp after my second set of pushups!!

    This workouts for Thursday. I took it easy Thurs especially on bench because pecs were feeling really weak and I didn't want to risk a tear or strain.

    Bench : 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 185x5

    Front Full Squat : 135 3x8 felt great.

    Team Workout : Superset 30 sec 45lb Close-grip bench with 30 sec crunches, 3 sets each. Was a joke...

    Hell, I did two more auxilary type lifts but I can't remember them, so I must of slacked off pretty bad haha... Oh well, rest is almost just as important as training, and I personally felt if I went 100% that day I would of been overtrained anyhow. Got day off today, then the weekend off the I'll be back for Mon Tues and Wed for Thanksgiving week.

    Hey that's sweet Mickey, I think Harlan made it pretty deep in to the playoffs this year... or atleast they were a pretty good team. I'm kind of in between Marshalltown and Cedar Falls/Waterloo... I go to school closer to CF/WL and live closer to M-town, soo... yea... My hometown is like 900 people and my schooltown (lol a word? dont think so) is like 1,650 How's that compared to your 100,000? Haha!

    Workout today was pretty simple and easy...

    Squat 135x8, 155x6, 175x6 WHEW that was tough! :P

    Glute Ham Raise 3x5

    Pullups x16, x12, x10

    DB Hammer Curls 40x10, 40x8, 40x6

    Team Workout : Supersetted 30sec 45lb BB curl w/ 30 sec crunches, 3 min no rest. Arms were tired.

    Ran (not jog/sprint) 800 meters with Jake and Justin. Jake's goin to play college football somewhere, so if I hang around him maybe I'll learn a thing or two.

    Good workout today, my bench was pretty well, best i've done in about 4 months. Went until I had to have spotter grab it.

    Bench : 135x8, 155x8, 185x8 easy, 195x8, 205x7+1 with help. Felt great, I think my form has really helped. People were making fun of me a week ago, and now their trying to copy me after today :P

    BB Mili Press : 95 3x8

    Standing DB Reverse Flys : 30lb 3x10

    Lying DB Flys : 20x10, 25 2x10

    Calf Raises : 4 sets of 30ish...

    Team Workout : Superset 30 sec Hamstring Curl with 30 sec crunches to rest. 3 sets.

    Weighed 174 today... not too shabby. Hah! Good work today.

    Harlan only has about 5600 people and the school district covers a population of about 8000, making it a whopping 3A school! i hope they are doing as well as they did when I was there. (though i didn't play) we won state 3 out of the 4 years. good times!!

    Right on both of ya's :P Thanks for the replies!

    Yeah Mickey, Harlan got to the quarterfinals (the round before the state championship) so they did pretty well this year. Lost to their rival Heelan I'm pretty sure earlier in the season, and maybe lost to Keokuk or Heelan again for that semi game. I know it didn't have 100k people haha, but it's still big!

    The fibulas actually doin really well. I've squatted up to 205x3 with no irritation on it so far (that's full squat, so my hammies are hitting my fibula when i go down) and I can run/jog pretty well but sprinting is still really uncomfortable, but I'm getting back in to it slowly.

    I played this year. I started offense from game 1 to the game I got hurt (A-P, game 4 I think). So i got half the season in... almost. I went out first quarter of A-P so that didn't really count hehe. It was really depressing cause footballs the only sport I've got and I had to miss it and watch my team from the sidelines, but it's in the past now, and hopefully next year I'll be back in full throttle and I know I'll be even better next year!!

    Didn't have to lift today, but drove thru the snowy roads juuust cause I felt like it. Plus coach luhring was there, and he's the man. Did alot of squats... not the heaviest but I went as heavy as I could without disturbing the fib.

    Squat : 135x4, 135x4, 155 2x6, 175x2 (hurt fib), 155 2x6

    Pullups : 3x10

    Calf Raises : 5x30ish

    Front Squat : 135 3x6 felt good.

    Team Workout : Superset Pushups 30 sec with Crunches 50 sec, rest 30 sec, 3 sets each. Last set of crunches were devastating, felt my McDonalds coming up.

    great workout today... starting up the 20 rep squats i think... it seems like the best thing for me atm since heavy weight is a no-no on squats... what are your guys' thoughts? the squats are like their supposed to be in the super squats book. heck this set nearly killed me of 135... took about 2.5-3 minutes i would guess, i was TOTALLY shot afterwords.

    pullups : 1x17, 1x12, 1x6 (grip just died)

    squats : 135x20... death.

    calf raises : 4x50

    bent over BB rows : 105 3x10

    team workout : SS 45 lb 7-21's to 30 sec crunches to 30 sec rest. 3 sets.
