    Thanks all you three! Feels good havin' a few followers still! Bako you'd be proud, I ate TWO WHOLE peanut butter sandwiches last night, with a protein shake. It was intense... starting to drink a shake and creatine atleast once a day now.

    Decent day today, bench was nice.

    Glute Ham Raise : 3x5

    Bench : 135x8, 155x4, 185x8, 190x8, 195x8 just got last rep felt really nice. Nice to see everyone cheating and using less weight than program says and doing less reps, too, then seeing me atleast being able to finish... even if it's not the easiest.

    Standing Mili Press : 95 3x10

    Calf Raises : 4x35

    Team Workout : SS 30 sec 45 Close-grip bench with 30 sec crunches to rest. 3 sets.

    Think I'll do supersquats twice a week... monday and wednesday, unless my legs are feeling unstable then I'll wait till Thurs.

    Thanks you three Thanks again for stoppin' in Stump, means alot. Mickey - I think if I were to re-max bench again I think I'd maybe get 255 or so, it's been feeling solid lately. And the programs not to maintain, it's to gain, so if I did the whole thing and finished, I think I'm getting stronger.

    Low volume day today, but squats were total killer.

    DB OH Tri Extension : 55 3x10

    Squat : 140x20... harder than last time at 135, but head felt alot better, alot less lightheaded.

    DB Hammer Curl : 40 3x10

    Team Workout : SS 30 Sec Wall Sits to 30 sec crunches, no rest. 3 sets.

    Thanks you three! Having you few supporters is awesome through this and it really helps motivate me!!

    Good workout today, bench was pretty good I think, since I think I tweaked my left anterior (i think... i mean the front) deltoid and it was very sore throughout the workout. 3 days of rest should make it better, just really sore I think.

    Bench : 135x5, 185x8, 190x8, 195x8 shoulder was poop.

    Dips : 3x10

    Lower Back Extensions : 3x10

    Calf Raises : 3x30

    DB Side Lateral Raise : 15 3x10

    Team Workout : 30 sec pushup to 30 sec rest, 30 sec crunches to 30 sec rest. 3 sets. Could barely do any pushups after that bench, haha!

    yeah man heck all our vehicles had an inch of ice covered on all the exposed parts to the wind, and all of our gravel roads and gravel driveways are PURE ice, its sweet. can whip alot of donuts in the truck!

    My mom told me about the ice storm up there. I hope it doesn't ice when I drive up for christmas. blegh! Move to Texas!

    I do miss the fun tricks you can do in a car and the snow. Just be sure not to hit anything. That isn't so much fun.

    With your tight shoulder, do you do any dynamic stretches between sets? My shoulder always tries to tighten up when I bench. Also a lot more with shoulder and lat raises.

    Heh yeah Micky I make sure n watch before I go crazy

    And about the shoulder; the day that it hurt I did actually do dynamic stretching in between sets that day. I never did the stretches before the bench that day though, which I never do too intense and I should probably start doing. I do stretch quickly and do 135 a few times before I go heavy, and I don't like to do much more because I get fatigued easy. My therapist said I was just a giant Type B muscle fiber :P

    Workout today felt good, didn't have much energy though/felt rusty. Must of been because didn't get to lift Monday.

    Pullups : 15, 10, 8

    Squat : 145x20 <--- hardcore as ever!!

    Calf Raise : 4x50

    Team Workout : Strict Pushups (go down on 'down', go up, then stay up until 'down' again), 1x30, 1x20, 1x15

    Not much volume n stuff today, but still felt good, and I was really worn afterwards. This week is supposed to be an 'easy' week, then higher percents next week.

    Boys bball won their first game tonight, a close one to a pretty good team, about 46-43 or something. We got some ballas on our team! Legs are tired from standing all night + squats and voice is dead from yelling! Our crowd is the best ever, if there was an award for 'most obnoxious, biased, team-supporting, unsportsmanlike crowd', we would definately take the cake!
