    Thanks alot Coke! Workout today was nice, had some rage in me from a stupid girl at school calling my best friend 'scarface' today.

    Bench : 135x5, 185x3, 205x3, 215x3, 215x3, 215x3... still sore from tuesdays benching.

    Standing Behind-Neck BB Press : 95 3x10

    BB Shrugs : 205x8... kind of uncomfortable, should have worn compression shorts :P

    Dips : 3x10

    Team Workout : 135lb bench to fatigue. Got about 18. Did heavy bench today so was already pretty drained anyways.

    wooooo, nice workout today. i was pretty pumped through the whole thing!

    pullups : x18, x10, x9

    squat : 135x5, 225x2, 225x1, 245x3, 255x3, 255x3

    lawnmowers : 50lb 3x10

    DB curl : 40 lb 2x8, 1x7(fail)

    team workout : SS 30 sec wall sits w/ 10 lb in each hand to 30 sec pushups, 3 sets no rest.

    Weak workout today, but felt really off. No music, 50+ people, and ~90 degrees in there.

    Bench : 135x5, 185x3, 195x3, 195x3

    BB Mili Press : 115 3x8

    DB Shrugs : 55lb 3x12

    Dips : 3x10

    Team Workout : L's, hardcore!! 1:30, 30 sec rest; 1:00, 20 sec rest; 45 sec, 15 sec rest; 30 sec, 10 sec rest. OUCH!!

    Heres yesterdays workout (Thursdays)

    squat : 135x5, 135x5, 225x5, 225x5, 230x5

    calf raises : 3x60

    ummm really don't remember anything else from workout but i did about 3 more lifts, none of the big 3 (or 4 in my case). also worked abs nicely in team workout i beleive.

    todays (fridays) workout was freakins incredible!! i was so on-key with my bench, it was the best i have ever felt in my life. the weight was SO LIGHT today! got new PR of 265 on bench, and i'm jacked! there was also a LOT of volume/sets before my PR, so i think i have 275 in me for next max in about 2 weeks.

    seated DB shoulder press : 40x10, 45 2x10

    bench : 135x8, 155x3, 185x3, 205x3, 225x3, 235x3, 240x3, 255x1, 260x1, 265x1 YEEEEEEHAWWW! i was psyched inside! idk but i think having so much volume before a max helps me, but it was probably just an extra-good day and i took advantage of it! wooopeee!!

    team workout : SS 30 sec crunches to 30 sec situps. 2 sets.

    decent workout today. outside delt had a little kink in it while squatting, but not too serious.

    pullups : x15, x11, x10

    squat : 135x5, 185x2, 225x3, 245x3, 250x3

    lawnmowers : 50lb 3x10

    calf raises : 2 sets... not gunna put reps anymore cause usually just go till fatigue or w/e

    team workout : 3 sets of 45 second crunches. 15 sec rest in between.

    Nice workout today, bench was alright. Weighed at 180 for the first time in forever!!

    bench : 115x10, 225x2, 235x2, 245x3... wasnt how i wanted to do it, but coaches were hounding me.

    DB shrugs : 60lb 3x10

    standing single arm DB press : 45x8, 45x6, 45x6

    close grip pushups : +25lb on back, 3x10

    glute ham raise : 2x10

    team workout : 2 sets of 20 sit ups, 6" leg raises x60 sec, x45, x30.

    Workout was fine today, didn't do much but got 2 new PR's.

    Core for about 15 mins

    Squat : 135x8, 185x2, 225x2, 275x1, 295x1 got well low enough. Think i'll be able to get at least 300 for max week.

    Power Clean : 135x3, 135x3, 185x1, 205x1, 215x1, 225x1 form was a little bit sloppy but only because I was trying to preserve my hand. I stop the bar sooner now instead of letting it go as far as it can and bend my elbows as much (which is the right way, but I'd rather preserve my hand).

    Team Workout : SS 45 sec L's to 45 sec wall sits to 45 sec rest, 3 sets.

    Just barely maintained 180 today. Ate like a horse yesterday and today also!

    yeah, im not sure if my mechanics are right either, but their pretty close i think. i actually think i had it down to a science, with the end/landing of the clean and everything, but my hand has started to get in some serious pain as of late, and it's terribly aggrovating. what helped me learn em the most is just watch some vids, ask some questions, and then try it out with lightweight. thats mainly how i did it.
