Bench : 135x5, 185x3, 205x3, 215x3, 215x3, 215x3... still sore from tuesdays benching.
Standing Behind-Neck BB Press : 95 3x10
BB Shrugs : 205x8... kind of uncomfortable, should have worn compression shorts :P
Dips : 3x10
Team Workout : 135lb bench to fatigue. Got about 18. Did heavy bench today so was already pretty drained anyways.
