    oh god no, i cant do a handstand without a wall haha. i use the wall n put my feet on it, but some of the times my feet come off and i actually do one with no wall. but yea i use the wall!

    lol, nice work with the handstands. They are pretty fun ****. You'll get better at them pretty quickly. Sort of wierd when your feet come off the wall and you free-form a few, isn't it? Nice work with the cleans too. Nice work with the donut-lifts too. That's actually pretty ****ing gross. You're lucky you can get away with that for now :P But, a calorie is a calorie...sort of...right? I know how you feel with the cals. If I drop under 3K, I lose weight. If I eat over 3500, I gain too much fat. Just got to stay in the window is all.

    yeah man i hear that. the box of donettes is definately a once in a blue moon sort of deal. i was gonna get a frozen pizza but the donuts were cheaper and i looked at the nutrition facts and my jaw dropped. made me feel reaaaal icky but i feel fine now!

    yeah its weird as hell when ur feel come off and u do one on ur own... funny how sometimes u can do a pushup on ur hands but not a normal handstand for more than a second haha.

    Ha ha ha, now you with the nutty handstand pushups? Glad you liked 'em, stick with it and see if you can stop using the wall eventually. Nice job on the power cleans too, glad you're working out the hand pain issues.

    thanks everyone yeah man them pushups are great!

    good bench workout for reps today, tore thru 205.

    push press : 135x3, 155x1 idk why i even started.

    bench : 135x5, 185x8, 195x8, 205x8 easy easy easy. back was cramping towards end but never cramped completely. stretched before and during...

    dips : 3x10

    core work at end.

    181.5 today wooot!!

    ate a whole box of hostess donettes for lunch, about barfed but got it down. ~1700 calories! check my fitday, that is a potent box of delightfulness. weighed in at 181 today, so i'm gainin a bit. i've eaten over 3000 calories a day for the past 6 days so if i had lost weight i was gonna freak.
    Dude I know what ya mean about the lats getting raped from punching, I played boxing on the Wii at Denbows once for like 3 hours and my lats killed for the next 3 days.

    Nice sets of bench, man. I'm gonna have to work my ass off if I ever want to catch up here. How were the push presses after the handstands the other day? My back always cramps up on bench. Just the way it is I guess.

    thanks kiaran. i didnt do push presses very much 2day, idk why but i started then stopped. just felt weird today i guess. yeah ghad danged lower back! lats still really sore from the punching, but my shoulders and triceps were fine from the handstands.

    good squat workout today, legs are fried and cramping. also worked on hang clean with no pain.

    squat : 135x5, 185x8, 205x8, 225x8 superolateral* (i think? upper outside) part of quads was cramping on last set but got thru it. stretched plenty.

    hang clean : 135x8, 135x8 felt good actually. no hand pain. worked on landing, felt right.

    did some useless plyos afterwords because no one could move their legs at all after squatting like that. our coach is such a dumb f**k.

    weighed 182.5 today those of u that wanted to see BW gains, here they come!

    Whats up with all your aches, cramps, and pains lately. You better be careful! Nice to see you uppin the poundage tho. My truck is a rear wheel drive, manual truck with the low profile tires its terrible on the ice. And results rules!

    nice to hear bout the results! might have to try it out if i ever get some extra cash which is never happening. hmm, that sucks bout ur truck... hopefuly u dont get stuck too much heh. and idk whats up with my cramps and stuff... i think im gnuna have dad pick up a 24 pack of gatorade and drink one every day to get some more potassium in, i've always been really prone to cramps. *thinks about the dual calf cramp in first football game of the season*
