    hehe thanks unholy. well i think today they honestly were, we did 1 yard sprints, 2.5 yard sprints, and 3 yard sprints... with tennis shoes, on the wet grass (he changed the plans on us!!). I had more dew on my body than sweat by the end!!

    Bought a car today!! 1968 ford mustang coupe with some custom adds on it for 1400 bucks (practically stole it for that price)!! ive been looking for a few good years now for a car like this, and im freaking psyched to rebuild it these next few years!! you can see pics at www.myspace.come/jed2009 under the pics section if you want.     side lateral raises 15lb 3x10

    reverse EZ curl curls 55lb 3x10

    bench 135 most in X amount of time, 15 sec 12 reps, 20 sec 15 reps, 25 sec 6 reps. about 50 sec of rest in between... crazy!!

    30 situps.

    plyos:

    get ups about 6 times, won each one

    5 yard-10 yard killers x3, won/tied 1st each one

    4x3x2x1 broad jump

    guess i forogt to post yesterdays, well it was the same as last mondays but on T-Bar rows i did 3pp+bar x5, 3pp+10lb+bar x5, 3pp+20lb+bar x5. EZ plyos just jumped.

    Very good feeling bench today. we didnt have school yesterday so no weights we're gonna do wednesdays workout tomorrow.

    bench 155x5, 185 2x5, 205x8 felt freaking sweet.

    power press 135x5, 185 3x3

    RDL 135 3x10

    dips 3x8

    team workout was : 135 lb bench 20 sec, 18 reps. 20 sec, 14 reps. 25 sec, 10 reps. about 90 sec of rest in between each set. was awesome.

    plyos:

    line drills 6 sets of 10 sec

    25 sit ups

    "theisings" we call them, lay on ground and stick feet up 6 inches hands by your side. 2 sets of 30 sec, i suck at them.

    great workout today, no coaches were in there so could do w/e we wanted.

    power clean 135x3, 175x3, 185x3, 205x3, 225x1 easy

    clean and jerk 135x5, 175 2x3 wrists killed had to stop.

    deadlift 225x5, 245x5, 265x5, 285x5, 305x5 very nice

    weighted pullups 10 lbs, 3x5

    good mornings 95x10, 105x10, 115x10

    this one i made up... hung on squat bar with feet on ground and did 3x10 pullups with only fingertips gripping not full hand grip. felt good and easy idk if this works or not...

    Grats on the recent Bench PR man, those always feel great, I would just do normal pull ups though.

    Thanks man. Yeah I usually do but I was just trying weighted because i never feel anything in my lats. I can do a whole back day and my lats won't even feel worked. Its weird.

    plyos were ****ty, not even worth saying... suprised us and ran on grass and slipped everywhere.

    95x5, 185x5 hard, 195x5 easier, 195x5 normal, 195x5 easy. 205x3 easy, 225x3.5... almost got last rep but had tiny bit of help.

    push press 135x3, 155 3x3

    arnold press 30x10, 35 2x10

    standing mili press 95 3x10

    DB shrugs 55 3x10

    front lateral raises 15 3x10

    side lateral raises 15 3x10

    slight incline DB press 40x10, 45 2x10

    no plyos.

    4x10 solid situps

    D line medicine ball throws.

    plyos by myself, went to track did 5x5yd, 4x15 yd, 3x30 yd, 2x40 yd, 1x50 yd, 1x100 yd. then 1 400 yard jog no stopping. was dead and cramping at the end.

    pullups 3x10 pretty easy

    seated cable rows 90x10, 100x10, 110x10

    lower back extensions on GHR 3x10

    L's 2 sets of 1 min front, 1 set 45 sec each side.

    pretty nice day today, hit new PR for reps of 185 on bench.

    bench 135x5, 185 2x5 real easy, then did 185x11 (fatigue) then coach yanked up 4 more reps for 15 total. shoulders were just dead afterwards (good dead)

    power press 135x3, 180 3x3

    dips 3x8

    RDL 135 2x8

    GHR 2x8

    bench 135x30 sec 20 reps, 25 sec 11 reps, 20 sec 8 reps.

    situps slowly x20, slow and hold at top x10

    Line Drills all

    D Line medicine ball work

    189 TODAY!!!! weird i stopped taking 2x whey a day and down to 1x a day and i've ganed 4 lbs lol. better not jynx it tho.

    Thx CoCoa I've just been feeling good on bench and clean lately, coach says he wants me to set goal for 300 bench by football. That's a little steep, I have it at 275 so when I smash it I get a self esteem boost!

    Check Up:

    Bench has gone up atleast 15 lb since 6 weeks ago.

    Clean has gone up 20 lb since 6 weeks ago.

    Squat is around the same, maybe +5 lb but haven't maxed it since.

    Power Press is feeling good and easy using a 225 for max. Scared to max it even on max day though, that's a lot of weight over your head.

    Deadlift has gone up about 40 lbs, but have only done it 3 times of the 6 or so weeks. Feels great when I do it though.

    Weight up to 189, ate a lot of mcdonalds tonight though, might have broke 190!!

    Yesterday was terrible for lifting, squat was horriffic and BW was crazy low.

    squat supposed to be 290 3x3, did 275 3x3 almost didnt get last set. huge de-moralizer...

    DB Rows 45lb 3x8

    pullups 3x10

    Front Lat Pulldowns 110 3x10

    T-Bar row 3 platesx5, 3pp+10x5, 3pp+20x5

    lower back ext. 3x8

    weighed 184... WTF?? lost FIVE pounds over weekend... *****ing pathetic.

    ran the X twice and some short sprints. 12.69 new PR for X but i think it was shorter than 10yd wide each.

    i mowed and got the engine runnin on mustang that night tho, so that kept me from getting totally depressed.
