    yea gettin out at 10:25 is never a bad thing. i needed an extra day of rest anyways i think, last weeks high reps were killer.

    thanks for the support kiaran drinking an extra half-shake as we speak to get my cals to near 4000 today wasnt needed, but i figured why not can't wait till next years football season! got some huge amounts of rain today, and it was warmish. cold enough to freeze some of the snow/water though so raods were terrible. hopefully it all will melt after this last gust of snow we're getting tonight.

    making a slight change to bulk plans; keith got me thinkin and i think i will bulk until i start losing speed. im almost positive that with doing plyos while i bulk i will be able to get to at least 190 before starting to lose speed. now if i can maintain my speed while bulking i'll gladly do it, but speed is about all i got goin for me as a lineman so i cant lose it!

    thnaks for the good luck, ill probably need it since what happened this summer. i feel so shameful, i could be bulking to 215 right now and could be at 195... oh well thats in the past.

    i was at 189 lb bodyweight and ~240 bench may 30 and ended the summer at 168 lb BW and 215 bench. total loss of discipline. sure i lifted, but i ate MAYBE one meal a day. it was pathetic. the only think i got out of it was veins.

    Fitday rules. I hardly use it anymore though. It's sad when you can calculate just about everything you eat by eyeballing it anymore I feel like a robot, lol. I use it when I feel like I might be really off on some of my macros or cals. Sorry the weather STILL sucks. You'll catch a break soon, bro.

    Its funny you talk about fit day all of a sudden. I just tried it for today and couldnt hardly find anything on there so most of my stuff I just added and saved on my own. I couldnt get much food down today, but apparently Im a little low on protein. Ill just drink some more milk.

    Yeah but I mean there is a huge difference between a 1$ chicken sandwich and a 4$ chicken sandwich. But I guess you just have to edit the numbers a little.

    Hey dude, I tracked my food yesterday, which admittedly wasn't my best food day, but I'm apparently not getting the protein and cals I thought I was getting. Thanks for encouraging me to get it done, it'll help me.
