single arm DB shoulder press : 50 3x6
glute ham : 3x8
again some worthless plyos after. what in the hell ever happened to normal straightforward sprints...
weighed 182 today somehow, guess i lost 1.5 lb after eating ~3250+ 4 days in a row haha.
