thanks everybody yeah kiaran i'd figure a hammy or something put not a pec haha. oh well, all good now. some friends have found out about my journal so they'll probably make fun of me nonstop and their probably reading right now haha. oh well.
did some nice front squats and some cardio today
front squat : 135x5, 155x6, 175x5, 195x4, 205x3, 215x2, 225x1 could of done more but saved it for cardio.
cardio : ran with a friend ran some stairs for like 6 mins and then did some sprints. ended it with a killer ~150 yard dash across the hall up a small flight of stairs and across another hall. it was killer! felt nice.
weighed 185 today
