kill - thanks bro yes plyos woot... ive been doin some runnin by myself or extra and its really takin its toll on my legs though! (example : todays work out)

bako - thanks dude. i'd love to bump up the weight but that results in less reps which results in my @$$ getting b1tched at by the coaches haha.

coke - thanks alot as always man

weak workout today, but did 225 a few times yeah. was totally exhausted with jsut everything today.

squat : 135x5, stretched pretty good cuz i felt so bad, 225x10, 225x10 HARD last set, but got it. exhausted. done.

team workout was DB chest and mili press on medicine balls.

    core was static abs.

friend got a 04 cummins. it is NICE.

oh yeah, weighed 186 with a little bit of extra today

Damn, not one, but two sets of 225x10! That is difficult indeed, bro. Nice strength and endurance with the legs. Nice work with the weight gain, Jed, getting closer each week. Hang in there with the coaches and all, summer's almost here; then you can train any way you like, bro.

Still getting heavier, I like that you're moving up slowly, shows good discipline. Keep at it jed, you're already ahead of the game, so keep up that lead!

ah cool. pretty awesome workout today. track and soccer have both started so the wegihtrooms clear and only about 12 people in it.

    bench : 135x5, 185x3, 205x1, 225x5, 230x5, 235x5 probably a PR or 235 i guess. could of hit 6 but back was cramped pretty bad.

    glute ham raise : 2x10

    BB mili press : 135 3x5

    DB OH tricept extension : 60lb 3x10

push press : 155 3x3 haha hard! shoulders fried.

    standing DB flys : 25x10, 30x10

team workout : pretty decent bicep curls stuff. haha havent isolated biceps in about a month!

did plyos afterwords, pretty decent actually. did them inside. line jumps, free jumps, vertimax, then split jumps.

186 today. cudn't really ask for more seein as i ate like a pansy this weekend.

Great work man. Good job on the PR. I hate that feeling too when you know you definitely have another rep in you but something else is in a weird position so you can't go through with the rep, sucks.

Yeah I can see why those push presses would be hard, you were pushing some heavy weight beforehand! Good job jed.

Hey, bro, that's some mighty fine bench work there. Just destroying it lately. Nice work with the milies too. That looks like it was a crazy day; you must be toast.

Yeah, GPP is any sort of physical preparedness work like tire flips, sled dragging, sledge hammers, sand bag carrying, wheel barrows, etc, etc. EliteFTS has all sorts of stuff about it on their website if you're interested. I just bought a new sled strap for my tire and the 150 lb sand bag to fill up. Looking forward to some GPP myself this spring and summer! What am I training for? Who the hell knows anymore, lol...

jeez thanks guys for the props! yeah it was a heck of a day. a really weird one too. got along with the coaches, and did everything 'the sheet' said. and it turned out to be a very good workout. (actually i was spose to bench 220x3 but did 225-230-235 and they gave props so w/e haha!)

thats cool kia. yeah ill def. be tire flippin with him, and i did some log and keg presses a few times last summer also. we'll proly end up makin' some stuff too. i have acess to some nice sleds in the football garage. it'll be a good time!

    question y'all
: if i keep benching like i am, will my spinal erectors (thats whats been hurting) eventually get conditioned/stronger to where it won't be a pain anymore and stop cramping? thanks!

According to some of the more-experienced benchers on here (Travis Bell, BPM Osgood, some others I think), yes, the more you arch the better your back will take it. Also someone said recently that it helped them to have a support belt on. I personally hate arching my back during bench, I'm probably even less used to it than you are.
