terrible strength day today. ugh. weighed in ****ty too. ran fast though.
bench : 135x5, 185x3, 185x1, 225x3, 245x3, 245x3... this felt horrid. reps were sloppy, form was off, wasn't focused and elbows have been starting to act up again.

team workout : body ball curls... haven't done curls without being told in like 3 months, proud of myself
plyos were ok. went outside and i was the only one without cleats, but still won in some of the sprints. need to remember my cleats!
weighed 184.5... wouldnt be that mad but it obviously affected my strength this time. im losing focus and determination and im paying the price i guess. need to get my head out of my ass.
