I thought for sure I commented on this, 225x10 is awesome Jed. I'm not surprised though, even though you're not happy with your chest you have great strength on bench.

Congrats on the new girlfriend or whatever she is at this moment. How could she not like you? You're the bad boy (muscles, mohawk, and motorcycle) with the heart of gold.

weak as sin workout today. might go to gages to make up for it. jsut couldnt do jack in the crappy weightroom at 6 AM today, lol.

cleans : 135 messed around with... did some clean and press... everything just felt weak and weird.

BB lunge : 135 2x5 (5 each leg)... never done these before. actually kinda tough w/ 135, and glutes were crampin after lol.

if i get some energy (4 hours of sleep last night) i'll go up to gages and deadlift.

Keith left out the part about raping you in the locker... ANYWAY

That was an insane bench session buddy. 10reps of 225 aint no joke. Your gonna hit that 315 sooner than you think at the rate your going. I bet its just mentally messing with you because it looks so heavy (it messes with me I know that). Props on the new girl and narnia, sounds like a good night. I think good vibes from just about anywhere translate into weightroom performance sometimes. I know if im happy for some odd reason Ill do better lifting. Speaking of lifting, 6AM workouts used to SUCK. Thats all im going to say about that. Keep it up big jed.

Damn, Jed. 225x10?! That puts you far back in the lead on bench, bro. When you gonna make the next PR attempt on bench? Cool deal with the new lady you're seein'. I must have missed something, I didn't know you and your other gal split up. Good deal seein you hit the Lunges. When I first started doing them, my legs would cramp up as well. Stick with them, they'll improve fast. Also, lifting at 6am? **** that noise...

You and Keith are killin me, bro, lol.

Haha nice. Just make sure the dept. of public works doesn't have to scrape you off the highway Jed. Remember, the helmet is to keep the remains of your skull in one place so you're easier to identify.
