Good workout today, lifted at Gages. Elbow was totally f**cked, so had to take out some Tri exersizes and put some less isolating ones in.
Bench : 135x5, 155x3, 175x1, 179x5, 185x5, 195x5
Close Grip Floor Press (off safety bars) : 135x10, 185x8, 200x6, 225x3
Dips : 3x10
Standing BB Mili /w Chains : 92 3x10
Thinkin' about going to buy some elbow wraps and see if they help any... this is just getting out of hand.
