    Good workout today, lifted at Gages. Elbow was totally f**cked, so had to take out some Tri exersizes and put some less isolating ones in.

    Bench : 135x5, 155x3, 175x1, 179x5, 185x5, 195x5

    Close Grip Floor Press (off safety bars) : 135x10, 185x8, 200x6, 225x3

    Dips : 3x10

    Standing BB Mili /w Chains : 92 3x10

    Thinkin' about going to buy some elbow wraps and see if they help any... this is just getting out of hand.

    Hehe thanks coke when you say THE bomb I understand Yeah the chains were fun as hell, way sweet to use!! He's got alot of stuff.

    Just so u guys know, too, those floor presses my elbows werent totally on the ground, they ended up maybe like 3 inches off the ground because we had the safety bars as low as they could go!! Thank god too, I had to dump 225 for a 4th rep on the last set

    Do u guys think it's hurting to not go 100% off the ground? Or will 3 inches above suffice enough? If they were 100% on the ground, with heavy weight it would be quite dangerous but about 3 inches (where the safety bars are) it's very safe.

    Hmm. Quite a day today, but I only did one exercise. Beat the heck out of me though.

    Clean and Jerk : 135x5, 155x3, 165x3, 175x2, 185x1, 190x1

    Holy wowz0rz does that take the wind out of ya or what? Yeesh I had to sit down for like 3 mins after every set.

    Then jogged .5 miles, half downhill half uphill.... hard as hell, I'm gonna start doin that every day. I'm so out of shape..

    Well, I've done some thinkin' and I've decided I'm gonna stop doing upper body work that hurts my elbow until mid-July (~1 month) and see if it feels better. It's gotten completely out of hand, I couldn't even pick up a plate of pancakes yesterday

    I'll lay off till July, and if it hasn't helped I'll keep going through football wearing a brace/wrap, then most likely get surgery if we can afford it. There's no other way to get this taken care of if a brace/support/wrap, pills, and time off doesn't heal it.

    Thanks man. Well, I'll still be able to squat/DL wich are the most important lifts anyways. My bench will skyrocket in the opposite direction, and my clean will most likely go down, too. But luckily bench is my best lift and I may be able to get it back up faster than the rest of them if I would have taken a brake on anything else.

    Thats great work. I like the floor presses. Sucks about the elbow though, good opportunity to get your squat and deadlifts up though.

    Cool workout today... legs. Worked out at Body Dynamics (gages dads gym)

    Squat : 135x6, 225x5, 235x3, 245x3, 255x3, 265x3 pooped afterwards!

    Hack Squat : 135 3x8 felt awesome!!

    Machine Calf Raises : idk how many lbs.. decent resistance 5x20

    Leg Press : 400 3x6 hard but good.

    Legs felt great today... squats were a little rough but I got them done.

    Added 3x anti-inflammatory to my daily pills.

    Now it's
    3x anti-infam
    4x glucosamine/condroitin
    2x fish oild
    2x flax oil

    I already noticed some pain reduction because of the anti inflamms, hopefully these few weeks off will make a difference.

    FUNNEST DAY OF MY WEIGHTLIFTING CAREER TODAY!!!

    Did strongman stuff today at gages, and it was the FUNNEST THING EVER!!!

    ~300 lb 5.5' wide tire flip : 3 sets of 8 <--- funnest lift ive done in my life.

    Supersetted Keg Press and Log Press... : Log 1x10, Keg 1x10 rest. Log 1x10, Keg 5x5 sec isometric holds at top. INSANE BURN!!!

    Sled Sprints w/ Cleats : 25lb x30yd, 45lb 2x30yd

    Was so tired afterward!! This is great, I'm def. doing this once a week now I'll be in great shape for football!! Eating now.
