    Damn, I missed a whole bunch of **** in here. So you made it to the 1K club, eh bro? Nice work, damn and you aren't even 18 yet, lol. Gonna do great things, that's for sure. 1050 ain't that far away, really. You'll probably be there by X-mas. One thing is for sure though: Deadlifts only get worse and worse on the CNS from here on out. I can't believe you nailed that 295 on Bench either, you little bastard. I have no hope of ever catching you now, lol. I need to take notes on your form or something; post some vids of that **** damnit!

    haha, thanks K. yep made it to the club finally, was at 995 for the longest time. i'm hoping by the time i graduate i'll have 325 bench, 365 squat and 425 deadlift. i'll post some vids of it if i happen to get into the weightroom by myself again, aight? im sure its nothing, its probably sloppy compared to everyone else!

    Dude, remember when we first started. We thought a 225 bench was insane! Nobody was repping 3pps + change on ANY lift. Your way past that man. Keep it up bro!

    bor - maybe 1100 but it would take me a while to get back up after football. why not max today? :P jk. well the #'s are so low because im hoping for the least. i may start slacking but i dont think i will if i keep my head outta my ass! thanks dude.

    225 was never seen in my high school. No one did squats or deadlifts. I think the most that was put on the bar for bench that I ever saw was 185 possibly. Must be the powerplant...

    when i used to lift with my football team there was one kid who was stronger than me. he weighed about 170, squated 315 and benched 265. rest of the kids were trying to bench 185. one kid tried 225 and looked his chubby ass was split in half

    There isn't many kids that can squat 315 for reps in my school as well. Kids in my high school think that your bench is what makes you strong... i wouldn't doubt the same in other schools.

    its usually the powerclean/squat. thats what we max out for on our football team...

    no that wasnt sarcastic. because those numbers were real. some kid weighs 155 and benches 225x3 (**** form), and honestly can only full-squat 185 for one rep.

    solid workout tonight.

    bench : 135 warmup, 205x3 (coulda done this 20 times ), 225x3, 245 3x4... 3x4 is nice, with 245. solid.

    push press : 135x2, 155 2x2, 165x2

    dips + 45lb : x10, x7, x7 ouch these were nice though.

    team pushups with luhring... devastating.

    moved football equipment to the field for about an hour, then did some one on one stuff with Luhring. it was great, he makes me improve everytime he coaches me.

    workout tonight was solid enough. not the best but okay.

    power clean : 135x5, 185x3, 205x3, 215x3

    pullups : 2x10

    BB rows : 135 2x8

    DB rows : 60lb 2x10

    good mornings : 65x10, 75x10... havent done these FOREVER.

    ran a mile after with my lineman bud nick. prob best mile i've ever done, didn't time though if i had to guess i'd say 7:45

    well ive lost track of the detasseling hours, i shud of kept keeping track on here but i forgot one day and it messed me up haha. it's safe to say im raking in the dough, though. football camp this wednesday

    great work jed. I dunno how you can do those heavy cleans and then go run a mile. I'd die on the mile alone.

    thank u red haha the heavy cleans barely fatigue my legs. walking 6 miles in s**tty dirt every day does though!

    workout wasnt bad tonight. not much volume but meh.

    bench : 135x10, 225x3, 230x3, 235x3, 240x3, 245x3... 5x3 isnt bad. boring though.

    CG bench : 185x8, x6 (fatigued)

    DB OH tri extension : 55x15, 60x15

    glute ham raise : 2x5

    ran a 400 afterwards. i would of done alot more trust me, but i have rash in my f**king balls and that area from detassling. hurts like a B.

    on the financial side, they f**cked me over on my first paycheck by taking 25% out on taxes (im a kid for christs sake!) but their reimbursing it on the next paycheck cuz i went in and changed it. my dad though i couldnt go exempt because it was 2500 a year but its really 5000. after detasseling i'll have about 2k in the bank, and if i sold my bike i'd get 2k out of it... 4k is almost enough for a new bike. ~5k will get me a ninja 636, or ninja zx6r (same thing)
