    3) awesome. i think i might try lower, to get that hunch out of my lower back. but if it feels weird then should i stay with the hunch in back?
    4) good advice. will work on this. i noticed my lockout is kinda incomplete/slow, right?
    5) ill try this. i always think to not jerk, but i dont think it helps much..

    good workout today i guess, after a super new years.

    bench : 135 warmup, 185x5, 195x5, 205 2x5, 210x5... used wraps, they work WONDERS. just weak from not lifting.

    weighted dips : 25lb 5x5

    BB rows : 135 4x8... i kinda felt lats!

    hang cleans : 135 5x5... used wraps n straps, lol. i was so excited, havent done any type of cleans forEVER.

    No problem for the advice man. You definitely don't want a "hunch" in the lower back, but some people are more flexible than others and so as long as your lower back is arched as well as you can get it, I wouldn't worry about how it looks. Your lockout is incomplete, but not slow. You seem to sort of blow right by the lockout; in a hurry to set the bar down for the next rep. Just make sure the knees, hips and shoulders are locked out at the top to finish the move. Most people forget to lockout their hips and instead hyperextend their lower backs.

    Nice moves on the bench. I haven't tried wraps yet, but I'm sure with your wrist/hand issues they will really help you out. I hate cleans, so you have fun with those...

    K - alright. cuz ive thought my back was at least straight, maybe not arched but straight - while pulling. ill remeber to lock out too. i knew something was up with my lockout. the wraps do wonders bro, their great. i was too scared to clean for so long now and now i can. HANG CLEANS RAPE MY TRAPS WOW. cant wait to power or full clean again. #s will suck but still.

    thanks zen man. i hope my bench start climbing again. i took a 7 day break that i really didnt have any choice to, and have only lifted twice this week so far hoping to get one in 2moro or sunday to make at least 3 this week. if i go all the way till sun i'll prob deadlift again so i can tape.

    very solid workout today. new PR's on mili press, and the deads felt crazy. did some form tweaking and i believe my form has improved. i have vids but CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THEM RIGHT SIDE UP FOR THE LIFE OF ME AND I SWEAR TO GOD I WILL KILL SOMEONE - SOON - IF I DONT FIGURE OUT A WAY TO TURN ROTATE THEM THE RIGHT DIRECTION AND AFTER I SAVE THEM ACTUALLY HAVE THEM SAVE THAT WAY! so... if u have a program, let me know....

    anyways!

    BB mili : 115 2x5, 135x5, 140 2x5 solid as heck. dont think ive done over 135 ever on milis.

    slow chins : BW 5x5... ill call these slow chins. up and down is normal, but i held it harder than usual. have vids to check form - please comment. chins 1 chins 2 chins 3

    deads : 275 5x5... back felt straighter n stuff. tried double overhand first 3 sets, but failed to grip as you can see in the last 2 vids. ended with over-under and im sticking with that, blew through set 4 with it. set one set two set 3 1-4 set 3 last rep...

    sorry i know the 90 degree flip has to be annoying to critique on, but do your best. i have no program to fix it but if you know of one PLEASE let me know. the kodak one i have allows me to change it, along with cut time and merge vids... but when i save them, it doesnt work. they just revert back. so let me know. also if theres a link to embedding lemme know that too.

    well come on guys god damnit, i cant get any better when i dont get anything to fix!

    workout today was fine. tried to hit shoulders a bit more.

    DB mili press : 45 4x8

    glute ham : BW 3x10... destroyed.

    T bar row : 90x3 warmup, 115x5, 117.5x5, 120x5, 122.5x5, 125x5... F 2.5 lbers hah.

    rear delt raises : 15 3x10... burned

    front squats : 135x5, 135x8, 140 3x8... yeeks!

    tried a little circuit skidoo ma-bob... im SO out of shape. kiaran you will die laughing at this, but it consisted of :

    jump rope 1 min 1 set
    crunches to fatigue 1 set
    step ups (the fast ones) 2 sets 30 sec...

    about puked. sad

    Hey, bro. Sorry for the delay. Glad to see someone else posting their vids. On those chinups, why do you pull underhand? This may not be correct, but in my experience, doing them overhand takes the bicep out of the equation and transfers a lot more of the pull to the back muscles. Also, I would increase your extension a little more as it looks a little shallow. Holding at the top is a waste of time, IMO. Seated OH Press looks solid. Why do you do it sitting? That can be a little harsh on your lower back and hips btw. Deads looks good. Just pick a grip and stick with it. Mixed is the way to go if you want big numbers. To embed your videos, you just type "[YOUTUBE]" followed by the video ID, in one of yoru videos it was "h5be7OPqOeY" (look at the URL to get it), and then finish it by closing the "youtube" tag like all the other formatting in the forums. (i.e. [YOUTUBE]h5be7OPqOeY[/YOUT...) You get the idea.

    Also, pfff, my circuits aren't much better, lol. Got to love the pukie Keep it up though, that sort of work carries over nicely to sports. Lookin good, bro.

    good work jed. I will agree with K on two things. Overhand=more back, unless you dont do curls or whatnot and you want some gunz (what I do). And also the millies will work your core alot more if you do them standing. Might also be a bit harder, but it will work you more in the long run. keep it up jeddd!

    Jed, I had the same problem with the funky flipped vids. Couldnt get it figured out though sorry. Windows movie maker is the program to use I believe. Both my DL pr vids in my journal ended up landscape/sideways and I felt axactly like you described when trying to get them flipped!!!!

    The DLs looked even more solid for sure. Awesome stuff all round too. 100% effort. Its gonna pay off man.

    K - no problem. okay ill def try the opposite grip for chins then! n i never figured the full lockout would do anything much to contribute so i never have done it. i will though. dont worry bout the mili press - the gym i was in was too short to do it standing - i usually do it standing :P thanks for the deads advice think ill stick with overunder then. ill try the embed - thanks.

    indiff - cool bro thanks. i do milis standing normally, and sitting actually increased my weight. but im going back to standing, i was just in a short gym :P

    good workout today. went for 1RM on bench just to see where i'm at. was impressed.

    bench : 135 warmup, 185x3 (wow flew), 205x1, 225x1, 245x1, 265x1, 275x.5 - was hoping for 245 so i was thoroughly impressed. keep in mind this is with more ROM than i used to do. tight form and stuff though no doubt, just less 'PL' in it. was happy with the outcome.

    BB rows : 135 5x5

    hang cleans : 135 5x5. replacing face pulls wit hang cleans.

    dips : BW 4x10.

    BW : 185

    K - thanks brotha! the wrist does fine on the bench as long as i have my wraps. if not it gets pretty nasty, but i always have them in my bag. i have a feeling ill become dependent till it heals, but whatever.
