    K - thanks dude. means alot, seriously. weights is all i have now that footballs over, and i plan on takin that as far as i can haha. 405 and 315?! might be a bit much, but yeah i'd like those by mid-end of summer probably!! funny you say that about the intensity, cuz i really think the weather makes a diff. i cant wait till it starts to warm up. when i start sweating and breathing hard because the stuffiness and heat and humitidy, it makes me FEEL like im doing so much more. maybe just a placebo, but like u said whatever helps!! ill stick with this routine until april, then im really interested in trying out DC. it's a workout for me i think. high reps and can really feel the burn, so i think ill try that eventually!! i follow, bro. thanks a bunch.

    decent lift today. hammie kinda freaked out on front squats but i got it stretched.

    front squats : 135 warmup, 185 5x5... good i'd say. ham was acting up but got 'er stretched.

    DB mili : 45x10, 50x8, 55x6

    T Bars - 115 2x5, 120x5, 125x5, 130x5

    seated concentrate curls

    weighted BB calves

    need to start eating, for real.

    I usually add it in at full weight. It's probably actually only ~30lbs though

    Damn, strong Front Squats, dude. I still hate that lift. Solid T-Bars too. What's this bull**** about adding the weight of the bar on T-Bars? Bah...just do like I do and record it as +120, +130, +whatever. The bar is a lever-arm, that's all. Who cares what it weighs on T-Bars, right? It's like trying to figure out how much the sled weighs on leg-press, or how much the bar weighs on a Smith machine, etc. If I count the bar, then I gotta count the handle and chain that I grab the damn thing with too, lol. It gets complicated really fast. Oh, and get eating, son! Solid, ****, bro. Good luck with the Bench coming up.

    oh, yeah K i hear u man. i was planning on leaving it how i've normally done it. cuz bending down and picking up a bar really doesnt feel like much haha. thanks for props on the front squat. they were solid, but always give me a small kink in a lower vertebrae. i get over it by the next day, it's just odd. kinda scared me at first w/ the hammie, it almost didnt feel like a cramp, so i didnt know what it was. but stretching fixed it.

    startin to eat alot more.

    know how i know?

    i poop alot now, and my stomach makes noises. yep.

    Food (and protein drinks) are good, lol - hope you will gain weight gradually rather than too fast.
    Protein is more important than fats/carbs because it builds muscle along the way so long as you lift.

    Holy ****, I was just browsing throught this last page and I read that you didnt count the bar weight. What the hell?..I thought you meant all lifts . Then I saw it was the Tbars. lol!!

    good workout today. i was a bad boy and didnt follow routine... hit mainly delts today.

    jerk : 135 5x5. tried to start off w/ power clean but tweaked lower back.

    handstand pushups : 2x10, x11, x5... these felt supreme

    GHR : 3x10

    DB side laterals : 20's 4x8

    lying laterals : 15's 4x8

    slow pushups : 3x fatigue

    bodyweight is increasing. starting to drink protein again too. im so stupid.

    Wow due youve got in a lot of workouts in a few days! Im used to having to troll through at least 4 pages of you and keith making out before I get to a workout... (hahaha)

    225x5 on the bench huh... thats pretty astounding man. Ive never done it and probably never will. I know youve been wanting that for a long time and major props to you for getting it. Now you need to cut out that high rep (5) bull**** and do some singles! and have a sandwich inbetween them my man 185 is far too skinny. Its nice up here with the 210-220+ we are so much warmer in the winter let me tell you. Good front squatting as well and all these laterars.. you trying to get abs and gain weight or somethin?! You need to be tryin for that keg my man, remember a keg is ALWAYS more fun than a 6 pack.

    haha what u mean man, i need to get reps in cuz i needa gain muscle mass! i do the laterals as an addition because my delts are embarrassing and i need to work em. i dont think i've done abs for 2 months, bro! i actually couldnt give a crap about my stomach, i just want to get huge.
