    another extreme day!!

    BENCH : 135 warmup, 185x10, 225x8, 225x7, 225x6, 225x4.99... yep y'all saw it right. last rep i had a fingertip of help then i locked out. but i'm almost back!!!

    weighted dips : BW+35 2x8, x7... failed last rep

    BB rows : 135 4x8, felt nice.

    skullcrushers : ez curl 75 3x8, x6, failed last two

    DB bench : 55 x8, x5... tricep freaked out and i was actually scared. never felt it like that before, just stopped.

    BB calves : 225 3x fatigue god these feel good...

    overall great workout, im really happy to see im gaining. i really need to squat...

    LOL man. i wish i was juicin, then i'd add size to my current strength increases, eh? haha! nah man i actually ahvent been eating anything, seeing as im still 184... and i really dunno how im gaining, cuz im gaining no weight. but ive noticed a slight size increase in my pecs and maybe calves. im really gonna try to crack down on eating though, because i really need to get bigger. idc if i could bench 500 right now, my physique is unacceptable!

    Somebody is loving the Deadlift? Nice moves, man. That **** is getting strong. When you gonna go for a PR? Bet you got the 405 in ya. Also, mind sharing some of that bench with me? I could use some of that ****. I wouldn't worry bout the tricep thing. Sounds like it just cramped and spazzed out on ya. I mean, look at all the work you just put it through, lol. Get some squats in. You are gonna rape every single one of those goals you set for April.

    K. thanks a ton bro ohhh man idk... 405? i think with proper warmups i might be able to pull 385 right now. i think a max calc says 315x7 is around 380, so i'ma try for a PR next session! haha ooo i dunno bout sharin the bench either, it's my only solid lift it seems. deads are catchin it though! tell u what, when i can rep 225 3x10 on bench i'll send u a few pounds

    yea the tri scared me but your probably right. it totally went weak and kinda shook or something while tryin to extend, was odd. i think i'ma try for a good squat session tomorrow. maybe do some form changing, somethings wrong with my squatting lately.

    Yup, getting strong(er) all over Jed!

    That triceps episode sounds strange. Good idea to stop.

    Why not back off the weight slightly with your squat and try to iron out any form issues that you feel you have. Not too much mind!

    xen - thanks alot bro. i use 'good' form i would put it as. its not most RoM, or least RoM. its tight shoulders and mid back, ass on bench all times, feet planted and knees bent around 130 degrees or somehting. (if that dont make sense sorry cuz i suck at math)

    good workout today. worked on some squat form, best session for a while. not strong by any means.

    squat : 135 warmup, 185x5, 195x5, 205x5, 215x5, 225x8.. id say thats the best ive dun for a while at least.

    GHR : 3x10

    incline DB press : 50 4x8

    GHR crunches : 3x10

    I think he is asking whether or not you flare your elbows or if you tuck them? Bodybuilders generally flare the elbows out when pressing up, but powerlifters like to stay tucked, so as to activate the lats and tri's more.
