    knees ache

Hey fellas I have been having this knee problem on and off since 2004 and I was wondering if there is something I can do to make it go away permanently. If I stop doing legs, especially squats, for a while then it will go away, but not completely. Do you think it will get worse when I get older? Any cures out there?

If I go even a week without glucosamine my knee starts grinding. You may want to try that.

Also have a look at your water and your fat intake.

if you're running to do your cardio, it may be that, especially if you're running on a bad treadmill or on concrete...that kills my knees...i can only run on grass, dirt trail, or a track...

Does it have any side effects? I don't want my body to depend on drugs. I am 26 right now so I have quite a few years ahead of me

I've used it for years. It's natural so I doubt there are any dependency issues. Grab some at a health food store and try it. Your job does wear down your joints more than you think.

I started using microlactin recently and it really helps with the aches and pains.
