Well after several years of college and just plain bumming around, I put on about 20+ pounds, gained a stomach and some moobs I decided it is time to get my body back to the pre college days.
However I am only limited to dumb bells as I dont have any room for a full weight set. Any recommendations to lose the fat and the moobs while getting a cut look? Im not really into increasing my look as I doubt I can pull that off.
Basically I want to know what can I substitute the bench press with? By doing more push ups, does that mean I can bench more? Or do push ups have no effect on how much you can bench?
well, if you have dumbells and a bench, you can do dumbell presses...that's assuming you have access to some pretty heavy dumbells, though...
losing the gut & moobs is more of an issue of diet, though, rather than weight training...
