Westside - max out on aux lifts both ME and DE days?

I'm doing the WBB westside routine. There are some lifts that are both on DE and ME days (cable rows, reverse hypers, ab work). Should I max out on both days, or should I go max on ME and speed on DE day?

    Thanks,

Assistance lifts are not ME or DE.

Do them as fast as you can while being under control. Most movements you will do between 6-15 reps on. Just have a set number of reps and add weight when you can do it no problem. One day you might want to do sets of 6, another maybe 12. Just see how you feel.
