The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

It doesn't really matter. I use a grip like doing hammer curls, the handle is pointing to the ceiling. Use whats comfortable

I would say a neutral grip works best. (hammer curl grip) At least for me. Always hammered my front delts. Whereas an overhand hit my traps too hard. Never tried underhand.

Right, overhand does hit the traps and after a day of miltary press, upright rows and such I'd rather leave off traps. Also with overhand I felt it easier to cheat on the last few reps which is the main reason why I switched to underhand.

Hmmmm, next time I'll try the hammer curl grip....

ps. anyone ever alter the 7 day split so that a minor excerise like front delt raises would alternate with rear delt raises making them enter the rotation twice a month (ever other week) instead of 4x?
