It's been awhile since I started a thread, so why not make it a weird one? As I've been bulking, I have noticed the ROM in my arm is getting worse. This problem is not due to flexibilty but simply because my forearm and bicep interfere with each other.
My concern isn't really the ROM - it only gets in the way a tiny bit sometimes. I'm more concerned that this means my arm is reaching its genetic limit soon. Thoughts?
