Why does this stuff not blend well? I tried doing it at home and the ice stays slushy. I brought it to the gym tonight and had them mix it. Same problem. It taste fine but doesn't blend good.
Actually, it blends exceptionally well? I really have no idea what you are talking about. I mix mine with a spoon.
Are you talking about how thickly it mixes? If so, simply add more liquid.
A little trick if you are trying to mix it with ice, blend it first at room temperature and then add the ice.

I put 16 ounces of water, 3 ice cubes in a blender, turn it on, and add 3 scoops of Opticen. 30-45 seconds later, smooth shake.
Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. I don't think she was speaking of clumping? I think she was speaking of how thickly it mixes.
I'm trying it again tommorow with warm water. What I meant was the ice doesn't dissolve and it's slushy......I'm doing something wrong. let you know tommorow since it's a low carb day. It mixes fine with my egg whites though.
